      Annual general meeting 2017

      The annual general meeting of Securitas AB (publ) was held on May 3, 2017 at Hilton Slussen in Stockholm, Sweden. The following was resolved on: board of directors, nomination committee, dividend, guidelines for remuneration to management, incentive scheme and authorization for the board to resolve upon acquisition of the company's own shares.
